By signing in to NeoBank Online Banking you agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out using your credentials.

2. Account information

Account details, balances and activity are provided for your personal use. You should review information regularly and report any discrepancies as soon as possible.

3. Payments & transfers

Payments and transfers require sufficient available balance. Where outstanding account balances or other obligations exist on your profile, withdrawals and transfers may be temporarily limited until those amounts have been fully repaid.

4. Security

You agree not to share your password, and to sign out from your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

5. Changes

NeoBank may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of online banking after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
